Brittney "Britt" Wall is the founder of Dragonfly Homes and chose the name as a dedication to her late mother and their love of watching The Gilmore Girls together. (Click for more about how Dragonfly came to be!) Britt is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta and Superior School of Real Estate. She is a licensed broker in both North and South Carolina. Britt was nominated for the Realtor Association's Rookie of the Year Award in 2018. She has increased her sales and volume by 20-30% year over year and currently has sold $5 million in volume in 2020. Originally from upstate New York, Britt has resided in South Charlotte for nearly 6 years. She enjoys painting at Wine and Canvas, rock climbing at Inner Peaks South End, and exploring the Greenway Trails with her husband and two children.
Home Staging Consultant
Kirstin is from a small town in western New York called Batavia, but she's lived in the Carolinas for almost 15 years. She studed psychology in college and went on to a vocational school for graphic arts. Previously, Kirstin managed a bilingual chiropractic office before getting into real estate, and she worked for a staging company prior to joining the Dragonfly Homes Team. Outside of work, Kirstin has many hobbies that utilize her creativity, including making soy candles and custom wedding and baby shower gifts. She also creates decor for weddings, as well as center pieces for restaurants. Additionally, Kirstin loves DIY projects, spending time with family, traveling and learning about different cultures and new languages.

Lisa, a University of Southern California graduate, has a degree in American Studies and Ethnicity. She hails from San Diego, California and has lived in the Steele Creek area for 3 years. She enjoys trying the many incredible restaurants Charlotte has to offer- especially ones that serve breakfast! Lisa also likes exploring new parks and nature preserves with her husband and three kids and having weekly get-togethers with extended family.
Monica "Mona" Ramirez is one of the newest members of the Dragonfly Team. Originally from Bolivia, she has lived in Charlotte for 13 years and currently resides in Steele Creek. She's not only an organizing consultant but also has her own cleaning company. Additionally, she is taking Real Estate Broker pre-licensing courses through Superior School of Real Estate. In her free time, Mona likes to explore new places in the area with her family- especially activities that involve taking advantage of the beautiful Charlotte weather- and also enjoys vineyards, shopping for home decor, and going to the movies.
Rebecca ("Becca" to immediate family and long time friends) majored in Communications at University of Central Florida and also has a minor in photography. And after binge watching so many home decorating and home improvement shows, she also claims to have an honorary HGTV degree. Now that she has a toddler, she spends her free time organizing and decorating- like a true HGTV star! Rebecca is very new to Charlotte and is having fun exploring all that the city has to offer, especially hiking and spending time outdoors. She is also always up for finding a new antique shop and would love recommendations!
Director of Art
Julia graduated cum laude from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Italian Studies. In addition to working for Dragonfly Homes, she is currently an architectural designer and used to have a small wood working business in California- and hopes to get back into it! She has lived in Charlotte since May of 2020, but because of the current pandemic, Julia has not been able to see all that the city has to offer quite yet. She has really enjoyed going on many beautiful hikes and trails around the area though!
